Join The Ecology School at River Bend Farm for a fun-filled day camp experience. Ecology Adventure Camp is for rising 1st -6th graders. During the 3-day program, campers will explore the forests, farm, creeks, and streams with their Ecology Educators. Additionally, campers will engage daily in choice activities, such as Nature Olympics, arts and crafts, hiking, and ecology-based theater.

Our Educators are trained by The Ecology School to work with kids in the outdoors to provide safe, fun, and engaging learning opportunities. All staff receive extensive background checks and thorough training in the art and method of teaching children in the outdoors. Our 20+ years of programming experience informs our staff trainings!
Our campus, River Bend Farm, is in beautiful Saco, Maine right along the Saco River. An easy 30 minutes from Portland makes us a great destination to unplug without the hassle of a long drive.
Your camper should bring snacks, lunch, sunscreen, bug spray, a towel and clothes that can get wet.

Campers will be divided into groups based on age.
No, campers will not swim - but there will be opportunities to cool off in the sprinkler!
