Spend a morning at River Bend Farm with The Ecology School and MOFGA (Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association). Explore the winter trails along the Saco River as you learn basic winter tree identification and try your hand at tapping a sugar maple tree. After an hour outside, participants will gather inside the farmhouse for tea, coffee, & hot chocolate and a groupthink to brainstorm ideas for Southern Maine Agricultural community engagement and program needs. All are welcome!
